About Me
For the last 12 years, imparting learning to 1,00,000 plus individuals, through 12,000 platform hours across different hierarchy levels has been possible only because of my unshakable optimism. From this positivity stems my self-confidence and a fearlessness, which drives me to give my best in everything.
As a Trainer, Speaker, and Educator, my energy, confidence, warmth, and humor are my biggest superpowers. I have crossed every milestone and continue achieving them with a belief ingrained in my mind that confidence breeds success and success breeds confidence.

I work closely with HR leaders, L&D managers, Sales &
Marketing heads and even CEO’s. Participants in my
workshops comprise of the junior, mid, and executive
level corporate professionals.
I also work with heads of educational institutions like
deans, principals, professors, and student council heads.
My audience includes the youth who need to be trained to be corporate-ready.
What is my strength?
The ability to address a diverse audience in many different sectors is one of my key strengths. I have imparted customized training workshops at all levels across different industries.

What is my passion?
Coming from a recruitment background, I understand people and their requirements even better. I enjoy mentoring and making my audience personify a positive attitude. Empowering them with the right attitude and skill sets is my passion.
What do I love to train on?
My forte is Soft skills and Behavioral skills like leadership, team work, empathy, communication, self-awareness, influencing, etc. I conduct short-term and bespoke workshops on career development, motivation, leadership skills and many more.
My Experience
I work with some of the leading corporate houses as a Freelance-Corporate Trainer. Selected client list includes L&T Infotech, Bank of America, Mitsubishi Electric, BPCL, Tata Power, Future Generali, Kirloskar Pnematic, and many more.
Prior to being a trainer, I was a HR Consultant, a head hunter, and have recruited middle and senior level people in brands like NIIT, HCL, L&T, HDFC, Vodafone, Future Group, etc. During my tenure as a consultant, I was part of Gujarat Livelihood Promotions Corporation (GLPC), Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of Gujarat as a GD panellist, for recruiting senior and middle level government employees.
I am connected with premier educational institutions of India, which are a part of the Ministry of HRD. A few of them are ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, set up by an Act of Parliament), ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), and ICWAI (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India).
I am invited as a Guest Faculty and Motivational Speaker at various management and engineering institutions. I also work closely with decision makers and students to impart Campus to Corporate trainings.
I worked with FWWB - Friends of Women’s World Banking, (A part of Women’s World Bank, US) as a trainer. I had the privilege to work with prominent personalities like Ela Bhatt, the social activist and Mallika Sarabhai, the renowned activist, choreographer, dancer, and actor.
I continue to engage myself with Teach for India (A national program promoted by Times of India), Akshay Patra Foundation, Paani Foundation, Urja Trust, and Mother Teresa-Missionaries of Charity for the underprivileged children.
Realm of Pride
I feel blessed to be able to captivate my trainees with my positive attitude, my warm smile, and my charisma, which I display all throughout my sessions. I believe in being vibrant, greeting people cheerfully, communicating and interacting with them, and staying focused and enthusiastic.
The Learning Wizardry
Personally, I am tempted by the word ‘learning’. I refer to my sessions as ‘learning sessions’ instead of training sessions. I consider them as an exchange of knowledge between myself and the participants, and in the process I learn and grow too. Trainers are facilitators of change and learning. I keep myself abreast of current industry practices and incorporate them in my programs.
Being Me
My approach is straight forward. I stay true to my words and thought process. My ability to connect and support people helps me build deep bonds with my audience, with some of them hero worshipping me while some even hoping to date me!
